Your Right to Be Forgotten

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Service.krd, including your account information, contact details, booking history, and uploaded documents.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 - In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.

Option 2 - By Email: Send a request to info@service.krd with subject Data Deletion Request and include your full name, registered email, and registered phone number.

What Happens Next

Your account will be deactivated within 48 hours. Personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Booking records required by Iraqi law will be retained for the legally mandated period in anonymised form only. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Please Note

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion can be processed.
