1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if the service was not delivered, the provider did not show up, or you cancelled before provider assignment.
2. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if the service was partially completed due to provider error, or a dispute is resolved in your favour.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after service completion, dissatisfaction due to reasons outside the provider's control, or platform misuse.
4. How to Request
Submit your request within 48 hours by emailing info@service.krd with your booking ID, registered phone number, and description of the issue.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or as wallet credit.
6. Disputes
Unresolved decisions may be escalated to info@service.krd. We are committed to fair resolution under Iraqi consumer protection principles.
