1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Service.krd you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Service.krd is an online marketplace connecting customers in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq with verified service providers, operating under the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

4. Bookings and Services

Service.krd acts as an intermediary. The service contract is between the customer and the provider. Booking confirmation is subject to provider acceptance.

5. Payments

Payments may be made online or in cash. All prices are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Pricing may be updated with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation

Free cancellation before provider assignment. A cancellation fee may apply after assignment as stated at booking time.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Service.krd for unlawful purposes, fraudulent bookings, harassment of users or providers, or reverse-engineering the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service.krd is not liable for acts or omissions of service providers. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and applicable federal Iraqi law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
